Wormhole Diagnosis

Transaction in Wormhole fails sometimes. if your assets are not in your source wallet use the following instructions.

• 1- Go to PortalBridge website https://www.portalbridge.com/#/redeem

• 2- Select  your source blockchain.

• 3- Put  your source transaction hash in input field.

• 4- Wait until Recover button enables.

• 5- Click on Recover and sign transaction to redeem your assets. if destination is Solana, you need to sign more than one transaction.
